Out-of-Network Benefits
Even if we are not in-network with your insurance plan, many patients still have out-of-network coverage available.
Depending on your plan, you may still receive reimbursement for medically necessary dermatology services.

For patients without insurance coverage or those seeking direct-care services, we offer transparent self-pay pricing.
New Patient Medical Visit $200
Follow-Up Medical Visit $125
Cosmetic Consultation $100. May be applied toward treatment if performed that day
Additional procedures, biopsies, cosmetic treatments, and medications are priced separately.
Cosmetic Treatments & Insurance
Cosmetic treatments are not covered by insurance plans.
Examples may include:
Botox / Dysport
Dermal fillers
Microneedling
PRP hair restoration
Chemical peels
Laser treatments
If a concern is considered medically necessary, portions of treatment or evaluation may qualify for insurance coverage depending on your plan.
Hair Loss Coverage
Insurance coverage for hair loss evaluations varies depending on the diagnosis and treatment plan.
Medical management of hair loss conditions may qualify for insurance coverage, while cosmetic or regenerative treatments such as PRP, compounded growth serums, and certain procedures are typically self-pay.
Our team will discuss all costs and treatment options with you before proceeding.

Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance are due at the time of service.

Cosmetic services require payment at the time of treatment.
